Noe Bernacelli RTW Spring 2018 Collection at LAFW

This year’s L.A.  Fashion Week had an amazing start. This event might not be as popular as the ones in Paris and Milan, but it definitely was as glamorous thanks to Noe Bernacelli. The Peruvian designer made his official U.S. debut on the first day of LAFW. He opened the happening with a show-stopping array of luxury designs. Noe is already very popular in Asia and South America, where many influencers wear his mesmerizing designs on red carpet events. Bernacelli founded his company seven years ago, and since the very beginning, he’s been offering wonderful eveningwear gowns.

For Spring 2018, Noe focused mostly on several colors that literally scream elegance and glamour. The show took off with dresses in the shades of ivory, cream, and gold. Most of them were floor-length gowns that featured stunning embroidery and embellishment. There were also several cocktail dresses that were equally luxurious as the long ones.

The second part of the night was marked with dark and sophisticated shades of royal blue and emerald green. Many say that black is the most elegant color. Noe proved that exact same point with his dresses made of dramatic black lace mixed with golden details. For the other two black dresses, the designer used sheer chiffon, overly-embroidered with golden flowers and embellished with black crystals.

Some of the designs even had a bridal vibe, which might be a sign that the Peruvian designer is planning to expand into bridal collections. His craftsmanship skills are more than obvious, and his love towards sheer chiffon fabrics is present in all of the lines that he presents. Among the impactful gowns, Bernacelli also included several perfectly tailored men’s suits. He used the same sophisticated colors for the menswear part of the collection.

The iconic Alexandria Hotel and Ballroom in the heart of Los Angeles served as the home for the events during Fashion Week. Noe Bernacelli’s show happened on Wednesday, October 4. Many A-listers and influencers attended the showcase of his Spring 2018 collection and supported the emerging designer. Bernacelli studied design in Italy. The strong influence of the Italian style is still obvious in his creations. There is a strong dose of elegance and a little bit of opulence. He decided to base his business in Peru, to encourage other designers to get more involved in the fashion industry. Another goal of his was to promote and elevate fashion in his country. The Spring 2018 line was a proof that thanks to him Peru might become the favorite place to shop for many celebrities.
